We recently purchased an upgraded wedding set from Loose Grown Diamonds. The customer service and communication was excellent. We received frequent updates about the design, including the CAD drawings, creation and shipping of our rings. The frequent communication made us feel more comfortable with the while process of ordering online. Customer service answered all our questions promptly and brought to our attention suggestions, such as increasing the band thickness for stability. We are already looking to work with Loose Grown Diamonds again.
