Help! Can anyone ID my kitchen please?

Hi everyone,

Moved into this house earlier this year and the dishwasher (which the previous owners said they did not use) has become…problematic… it’s built into the unit on the far right and now when opening it scrapes the wall next to it.

I’ve had a kitchen fitter and carpenter take a look and he suspects it’s been caused by water damage as there is swelling to the panels that separate the unit drawers.

The problem is, I can’t seem to identify where the kitchen is from in order to buy replacement parts. The dishwasher door is cracked so needs replacing when the overall issue is fixed.

I’ve had a look in all of the drawers and cupboards and the only thing I can find is the barcode that o have attached, although googling this hasn’t been much use.

I wondered if anyone has any ideas how I might be able to ID this?
