[KCD2] Henry's sword

I am quite confused how "Henry's" or "Radzig's" sword works.

I have seen that you can't reforge Radzig's sword to tier 4, but you can reforge Henry's sword (same sword) to tier 4.

Do I have to wait for the appropriate moment in the story to forge Henry's sword? Or can it be reforged into Henry's sword after being reforged to Radzig's sword?

I am asking this because I have already made the Radzig sword and I don't want to pass out on the opportunity to have the best sword just because I didn't know that I should wait. But I guess it's already too late for that
