Death animations feel like a downgrade

Back in KF2 the zeds had a mixture of moccaped death anims and ragdolls to feel more heavy and cinematic (just like L4D did), and there was even the detail where some zeds you killed would have a spasm or that post mortem movement (I remember headshoting a gorefast one time with a shotgun, he was leaning against a wall and his legs were twitching before it stopped. Or when I unloaded a Scar-H clip on a stalker, she hit her back against the wall, fell on her knees dropped dead forward)

Now in KF3 everything just ragdolls with every shot, it doesn't feel heavy or impactful
