Unacceptable Hold Times for 911 in KC

Emergency services used to be handled by MAST a non-profit EMS agency. When MAST was absorbed by the fire department in 2010 the services started dropping. City leaders should be required to meet quarterly and review industry metrics including hold times, responde times, and cardiac arrest survival (as examples). Other ambulance companies track and report. Who is keeping them accountable? OMG this is truly life or death.
