605 job applications

Hey guys, just here to vent out my frustration.

I was looking out on LinkedIn in to check just how much job applications that I have applied and it was 605 in just past 2 months.

Got a very few interviews and went till final rounds with founders and then boom rejected.

Everyone has this one common thing, that you have a career gap, well job isn't something that a person want to continue for a life long right.

I've been explaining them that I had started my business and then I went to loss so now iam looking for a job, but nope people only want a slave to work for them and show them a track record which shows that you have been a slave for a extended period of time without any gaps.

And guess what some say that iam too over qualified for a job and they don't want to take me in and some say you need more experience for another kind of job.

Just what exactly is going on with these corporate job culture, people rejected you for being over qualified and reject you for having less experience for a higher job profile and then reject you for having career gap and they say stuff like we need a employee not an startup owner.

Corporate world is messed up beyond repair
