Buying ski during winter advice

It’s winter here in western Canada, I found a pair of seadoos for a deal.

I’m told to not buy one without testing on the water but that’s not possible. They are winterized but I’m willing to rewinterize them after hooking up a hose.

Any advice on what to look for when I look through them? First time pwc owner
