FOW wasn’t meant to be ab me?

Jen Jen posted a video explaining the separation between herself and FOW. She says that FOW wasn’t meant to highlight her, but essentially didn’t have the engagement/metrics to gain sponsorship for events unless she personally promoted it to her followers and provided content for the brands.

My question is — if it was genuinely out of a passion for growing a community (which she claims), then why not focus on building that brand? Rather than using your “personal brand” to do it?

Now: she’s doing Barre to Brunch to grow her “personal brand” and leave FOW to “the women who really keep that page alive” (hence the lack of posts on those socials) It seems to me that she doesn’t want to do the behind the scenes of that community (that she established) unless she’s in the spotlight 🤨
