[HELP] problem with cydia sub-process/usr/libexec/cydia/cydo exited unexpectedly

HELP i have jailbroken iphone 6 with ios 12.5.7 and i can't install anything because i have this error: "sub-process/usr/libexec/cydia/cydo exited unexpectedly" and when i open cydia: "some index files failed to dowonlad. they have been ignored, or old ones used instead" this error shows up can anyone help?
