Why is the word customer blue?

For context, I’m pretty sure this text was not meant to go to me. I think she is telling someone else which food to prepare, and I am the ‘old customer’ being referenced - but she sent it to the wrong person.

I can’t click on it, it doesn’t hyperlink to anything. If I copy and paste the entire message into notes, the word is no longer blue. Any idea what causes this?

My only idea is that I could be saved in her phone as “Customer X” or “X customer” but would her mentioning the word add my contact info automatically, even when sending to myself? I’ve never seen a contact shared this way before, usually it’s a separate message
