Did I ruin my chances for this job?

Basically asked if I knew a software for email marketing and completely blanked because I didn't. I just said I was learning how to use Hootsuite which could be loosely used to promote social media content through email, but I don't think this was the answer they were looking for. The interviewer seemed to brush past this answer, but idk.
