Weight goal
Now new to fasting, but new to the group. I’ve been a vegetarian for 9 years, but intermittent fasting during that time on and off. The most I have ever weighed was 215 and the lowest was 136, I currently weigh 150 and plan on working back to my ultimate weight goal of 140 solid.
I fast during the week from the time I wake up which is 4 in the morning for work until 8 at night once I get home. I break my fast by either juicing or having solid fruits.
Gym 2 to 3 times during the week and on weekend I run 6 to 9 miles.
My only big meals are on the weekends, but calorie counted.
Just was wondering what everyone weight goal is?
