This is the fourth time the aforesaid student is complaining to the authorities, hope some action is taken at least this time. There's a an audio clip of the HOD circulating in the news channels where she's heard verbally abusing the PG student. I've happened to be her student once upon a time, and found her approach a bit disturbing and irritating.
