Help ! What’s wrong with my chest !
been seriously working out for a year now last year at this time I was around 89 kgs and dropped it to 82 something then bulked for around 8 months now , currently weighing 90.80 kgs . My height is 6’1 btw Help guys I feel a bit insecure about my chest . ( I’ve a bit muscle imbalance as well ) ( and no matter how intense I train my chest just won’t grow ) Any kind of suggestion would be appreciated Thankyou !
