Is homeschooling like COVID online school?
Hello! I was a middle school student during covid. Our classes went to Zoom and we had block scheduling. It was basically like class but just online. But we had much more free time and more time to complete assignments. I hated it though, my grades tanked and I hated being at home all day because I love being out places and being with friends. When I went back to school, my grades went back up to straight A's and I was so much happier to be back. Was this just because of COVID stress? Or was this what homeschooling would have been like for me? I think it's a great option for some people, and not for others. I just can't tell if my perception was skewed just because of the fact it was covid, and if this is even was a realistic homeschool structure.
