hemorrhoid banding healing after

I had done my hemorrhoid banding procedure month ago. I had done 3 hemorrhoids at once. It has been month already and I still feel discomfort. Almost like hemorrhoid there but a bit different, it is very annoying. 1 week ago I went to the doctor for a checkup and he said there is no hemorrhoids and its healing just fine. Does anyone have same experience? And when did you start to feel better ?
