Castor pro

Thanks to this sub, I made the purchase and I am very very surprised by the new vocals and instruments I’m able to pickup which otherwise weren’t that noticeable on the AirPods Pro 2 ( my regulars). Please suggest the best settings for the frequency switches ! I am currently keeping 1-3 ON and 4th OFF!! Thank you.
