Anyone know of a good app to track jobs and customers?

I'm looking for an app that doesn't have a monthly fee, or at least less than $10/month. All I really want it to do is keep track of jobs and customers and allow me to add tags. I would like to be able to search past jobs or customers by filtering with the tags. Also, keep a job report with notes and pictures. The best app I've seen so far is house call pro, but it is too expensive for what I'm using it for.
