Semi-auto tactical 22 pistols

Any thoughts on the merits of striker fired vs. hammer fired when it comes to this class and which is best? I'm talking about the ones with threaded barrels that are like smaller versions of the centerfire pistols in each manufacturer's line. Not the Buckmark/Mark xx form factors.
