NPC aimbot is getting out of control.

I know its been a thing for a while with NPCs pegging you with ease. It seems like their aim is getting damn near perfect lately. Was getting some cargo and these people were gunning me down the second they saw me. Full armor and health I was dead in seconds. The one dude was holding his gun above his head behind a wall. Couldn't see nothing but yet his bullets hit me every single time even while I was rolling. It feels like they are getting instant headshots while hip firing. I understand wanting to add some challenge to the game but damn R* These dudes were like they were straight out of the movie wanted. Curving their bullets around walls, cars, and bushes straight into the head.
