Are PGA players really slow?

Turned on ESPN this morning to watch some of the featured groups and ended up watching Lowry and Walker who are the first group off today. I watched 7-9 and here are their times.

• 7th Par 4 11:55
• 8th Par 3 10:39
• 9th Par 5 14:59

They played the first 11 holes in 2:30 putting them on pace for a 4:15 round which doesn't seem excessive.

So is it really just a few slow players slowing everyone down?

Edit to add: It's really interesting to watch this feed as they have no announcers. Just open mics and the players playing. Can hear the discussions on the tee, etc.
