About a year and a half out...really struggling

Does anybody have experience with breaking really long stalls...like, 6-month-long stalls?

I'm about a year and a half out. 100 pounds down. But I've been stuck between 152-161 for MONTHS now. I haven't "fallen off the wagon," I'm not sneaking snacks. I eat about 1200 calories a day, work out 3-5 times per week, hit my protein and water goals, and keep my carbs below 50 grams almost every day.

I'm at the point where I'm getting sort of despondent about it. It feels like my body is just stuck.

Any advice? Anyone with experience with this? Thanks.
