Found GG at like 39 because my nephew introduced me. Anyone else find them late, and what got you hooked?

From the time he was a weird mix of my best friend's ejac and my sister's tum tum stuff to the age of 5, my nephew and his folks lived with me and we've been close ever since. He's 16 now, so I lived through a ton of bad Youtubers. It wasn't until GG that he said, "you'll love this!" and I didn't have to fake it. He showed me the 3DO Zeldas. Now we're going to see NSP in May. Love that little fucker. Anyone else have a situation similar to mine?
