"Downgrading" from X-T3 to X-Pro2 (possibly X-Pro1)
So, a time for me has come to get rid of my X-T3, I mainly bought it for hybrid use but regarding stills I simply do not enjoy using it, even at it's relatively small size it's still too big - maybe due to the slr-like form factor, on a daily basis I prefer something as small as a GR. I know X-Pro won't take me all the way but I need an interchangeable lens system that is atleast aps-c. Regardless that is besides the point
my questions are regarding the AF in X-Pro2, I've read around that it is worse than the X-T3 but not noticeably so, but considering I would mainly be using the body with older lenses - that being the 35 1.4 and 14 2.8, I am slightly worried I might be entering territory where missing some shots I otherwise wouldn't is certainly a possibility
is there anyone who went the same way from a newer body to X-Pro2 / not the other way around and can share his thoughts?
furthermore regarding X-Pro1 - I know if I go that way the AF will definitely be a pain, but more so than that it looks to me from reading some data that the biggest problem with the camera might be the shutter lag but I wasn't able to find enough info about it, did that get addressed in the firmware updates just like the AF has that remainded abysmal as on release (like half a second?)
the slowest AF I have experienced with relatively modern digital cameras was my Ricoh GR II which was definitely a pain a lot of the time using it, I'm assuming X-Pro1 might be around that level (or is it even worse?)
edit:
important to note I tend to always shoot single point AF, and in single mode, other modes/tracking/.... are somewhat irrelevant to me (but nice to have I guess)
