Has anyone else had reactions to injections?

I've been on and off T (mostly on, just forgetful) for 6 years. I've been doing I injections for probably 3-4 years. Every time I do my shot, it gets itchy after a while. Sometimes a few hours after and sometimes a few days after. Like, very itchy. I have broken skin. I've been using triamcinolone to help but it only does so much. I've asked multiple doctors about this and all of them are stumped. I've tried cypionate, enanthate, and some 3rd mystery option, I think another type of cypionate. None of them have helped. My main ideas are either the needle, which contains nickel, which I'm allergic to, or the solution might contain parabens, which I'm also allergic to. Hoping it's neither since there's nothing I can do about both options. Just wanted to know if anyone else had had this issue and if it ever got figured out.

Edit: cypionate is cottonseed oil and enanthate is sesame seed oil, so I have tried different oils. Don't think this is the problem unless I'm allergic to both oils which would be so so annoying
