Onset FS on second shoulder, will doing PT exercises prevent further loss of movement and less pain?
Had FS on my left shoulder back in 2021, 3x cortisone shots and 3 years later, I have 90% range back and just can't reach my upper back. But I did learn a lot of physical therapy exercises because of it.
Now my right shoulder is starting to freeze. 80% range of motion, painful to reach back and upper left shoulder from the front. I'm doing the same PT exercises on it that I learned, hoping to stop any further degradation, but I'm wondering if anyone has gone through it on a second shoulder and tried to prevent it from getting worse.
Did it work? Or is it a lost cause and the shoulder will freeze entirely just like the first one no matter what I do?
