Catie Brier VS My Flex
Hi everybody! I am a 40+ pole dancer, desperately looking to progress in flexibility. I have very tight hamstring, plus chronic pain due to a tear in my hamstring. It is now healed and went to a physical therapist, but the pain tends to persist. I am looking to work on my flexibility with a programme, and came across Catie Brier and Jane Crane aka the cirque physio on IG. Do you have any experience with these methods? Which one would you recommend? Are they ok for complete beginners? TIA
