Support Your Supervisors (if they deserve it)

Just wanted to take a moment to remind people to applaud & support their leadership if they are fighting for them. I’m not in a leadership position in my current job, but from other experience I know how hard it can be when you’re worrying for your job AND that of everyone you’re responsible for.

If they’ve got your back make sure they know they have your support- it’s the only way we all get through this together.

PS: If your supervisor sucks, let’’em be lonely.
