Just installed NVSE(new Vegas script extender) and is it meant to be this long or did I mess it up?

Is it meant to be like this? I didn’t know what it meant by a “top-level-folder” so I just kinda crammed the whole thing in, and it works perfectly by the way. (Sorry for the quality I took the photo on my phone)
