Just a few questions
From my flair, you could see im a questioning muslim. I'm in deep denial and I think that's normal, but there's a lot of questions that either completely criticizes Islam, and other evidences that completely supports it. I'll list them both, and I genuinely need yall to like help me out if I'm wrong, I'm js a kid trying to find their way through this.
Against Islam:
- Islam lwk murders people for leaving the religion, and anyone who is shamed Islam has to leave it, but when Ibrahim destroyed the idols, that's glorified, obvious hypocrisy.
- In the quran, for example, let's talk about Iblis's conversation with Allah when he refused to bow down. In the quran, there're MULTIPLE ways the conversation was depicted, like, im pretty sure the conversation just happened once, why are there multiple different quotings on how it went?
- If God is all loving, I believe he wouldnt punish us by literally making us go to hell just for disagreeing, that goes against any mercy..
- Lowkey enforcing the hijab js because a man felt offended a woman was pretty..? That's kinda (really) messed up, why's a man telling me as a woman what to do?
- The prophet marrying a 9 year old- I think this speaks for itself.
With Islam:
- The moon split. The quran mentioned it and there's lwk still signs of the moon split actually taking place.
- Pharoah, God said in the quran 1400 years ago that he will make pharoahs body survive, and indeed it was discovered later on after the quran.
- There HAS to be a God, nothing is created js for the fun of it, and if we ask 'who created god?' then that's just a time loop a person can't understand, because then someone created and another created and it goes back on for infinity, which in the human mind is impossible.
- Scientific insights in the Quran: Many Muslims point to verses in the Quran that align with modern scientific discoveries, such as embryology, the expansion of the universe, and the water cycle. These verses were revealed over 1,400 years ago, long before such knowledge was widely understood.
I'd really welcome anyone who would give me more insights, tough time for me lol
