Favorite “easy money” service call?

Got a call about an ancient building downtown. All of the house lights are out and the one occupied apartment is on the 5th floor and the tenant is furious. The building recently changed owners and Duke transferred all of the accounts to the new owner… except the house meter. That’ll be $125 to remove 4 panel screws and check voltages sir.
