Would it be okay installing a battery like this upside down.

So I started a project a while ago and unfortunately by just about 1-2 centimeters my battery wont fit in the middle. But I was thinking about installing it upside down like this. But I don’t really know if this would be a good idea. I drive through most of the weather, my bafang has had no problem in this year I have had it. But on my first bike it is installed normally on the bottle holder and I have a little cover for it.
