After trying for a month and half, they finally gave me an appointment for 01/03/2023. Im gonna try to apply for a multiple entry visa with longer validity to avoid this hectic situation. Wish me luck!

Hello there,

Anyone here planning to travel to Japan late April-May 2023? I’ve been sending appointment emails since January 2023 everyday between 8am-10am as per their instructions and hasn’t heard back from them since.

It’s so difficult booking an appointment without a system. They only accept emails and you won’t even hear back from them. I’m so afraid that it’ll be too late and I won’t be able to apply or process the paperwork because I will not have enough time by then. It’s such a pain in the ass.

Anyone had to go through the same? Please let me know if you have anything you can suggest. Thank you.
