Ways to get Arcana after character creation?

I am playing a single class Dwarven Forge Cleric at 3rd level and due to the way my role and background has developed in play - being the person most interested in Arcane mysteries of all sorts and especially magical artifacts - I would be interested in gaining knowledge in Arcana. What ways are there to get proficiency in Arcana? What would be the best way?

My stats are STR 15, DEX 11, CON 18, WIS 18, INT 13, CHA 13...
