latin honors qualifications for shiftees

hi everyone, i’m shifting out of bsa soon and will transfer elsewhere (still in cob). my friend asked if there’s still a chance for us to get latin honors with our new degree even though we failed (our failing grades are 1.0/1.5) some of our major units in bsa, or would that no longer be counted once we shifted out?

attaching here one of the sections we found in the handbook, but we’re unsure if it would still count, as it’s technically a “fail” in bsa. these major units are not part of the courses we will shift into though.
