D3 post season activities...

I am on my first seasonal character, after being away from D3 for a good many years, and I was wondering which activities are only seasonal. For example, can you still use the bovine bardiche and puzzle rings etc, in the cube? Also, when does s34 end, and how long is there between seasons? Cheers 🍻
