Going low but no insulin/activity?

I understand the first low may have been from the correction (only 1 unit) around 2pm, but I listened to my endos rule of don’t correct until 2 hours after the first bolus. But I ate some gummy worms to correct for low #1 around 5:30pm and haven’t moved or taken insulin and I’m going low again?
