Constant requirement changes due to shitty management
So I initially started working on an already developed module which had major changes and no developer working on it. I delivered that to QA last year ( mid october )and the module was supposed to go live on june 2023.
But the client was not happy with the flow and design so the management did what they do best... Fuck it up to the point where the clinet had asked us to revamp the whole process and create a new flow.
The most frustrating thing that they didn't get confirmation from client and asked me to start the code changes ( both frontend and backend) so that we can deliver ealier.
The requirement had same really illogical demands which both TL and I fought against but still had to because they questioned my skills ( also because I didn't have a choice).
I delivered to QA and started fixing defects raised by them. I got to know how client could understand the absurd design and flow.
And Now they are ( management and BAs) asking me how this process actually works and how we can simplify. I explained some part of it and released that those dumbass don't even know a single thing about how it's actually working. I have stopped explaining to them because I am not getting any credit for that.
The entire project deadline has extended 3-4 times because it's not up to the mark to go live.
