Will Air France reimburse for delayed baggage purchases?
I typically fly Delta but purchased this JFK-CDG award flight on AF via FlyingBlue. Arrived in Paris and 4 bags were missing. Filed a claim, next day they said bags were out for delivery, canceled ski plans waited around all day and they never showed up. It's now 2 days since we arrived and we are missing ski gear, baby equipment, etc that was in the bags. How much can we spend and get reimbursed for? Thank you.
