Big fat slick road tires

Moved into the city and my gravel bike is gonna become my city bike. Would like to get the slow rolling gravel tires off it and put some slick road tires on it that are still in the 40-43mm range. Which tire do you guys think is the best combo of durable and fast rolling at that size? Thinking between a Gatorskin and a Gravelking Slick, but happy to take other suggestions. Will be running tubeless.
