My married tattoo artist asked me(f17) to be his frnds with benefits

I on my birthday wanted a tattoo, i contacted a studio and talked to a married woman who accepted to make my tattoo but the day i went she wasnt there her husband was. The guy acted very sweet and laughed with me and my friend. I had brought a male frnd with me to the studio, during the tattoo making the artist talked and asked me questions. He seemed very nice, we had nice fun conversations while he did his work but occasionally his hand would press against my boobs as he reached my collarbone. I didnt pay it any mind until the next day when i got his call, asking me if he could be my frnd, mind you this guy is in his late 30s has a wife and a child. He was fairly attractive but i was a minor. He offered to give me a free tattoo as my birthday gift and asked me to come alone to the studio. Later on when i didnt agree he asked me to be his frnds with benefit. When i told him no and tht he has a wife and asked if she knows about it he said no and that this kind of things are not meant to be told to wives.

I rejected his offer and didn't talk to him again, but im having guilt...should i have told his wife? His wife loves him and they have a 5 year old son. The wife posts their family photo all the time. She is happy and so is the child. I couldn't bring it up to her.

Did i do wrong by not telling her?

Edit: i dont know why its such a prblm tht i type while not using full words. Like people use short forms all the time how is it diff from tht? This is was a type of SA case and people are more concerned abt me not fully spelling the words and downvoting me for that.
