druid macro to cast straight into bear charge as a druid?

i was wondering if anyone knew if it's possible to make a macro to cast bear form into a charge since charge is not on a global cd, it works with my cat into stealth , but for some reason this one dosent work. i do have the talent that generates rage on shift change
