Cant get over 700 5min

I either loss on time or blunder. When I focus on not blundering. I get the winning position but lose on time if i cant check mate fast enough. If i focus on playing fast I end up blundering. I cant really play longer games cause i got 2 kids and im happy if i can finish 1 or 2 5 min games.
