has anyone here taken a job at Netflix and regretted it?
In final interviews for a non-technical analyst role at Netflix and unsure what I would do if I were to receive an offer. We know they pay top of market and I would be making about 50k more a year than I do now (from $160k to $210k) in my stable, less glamorous job. I don't love my job now but I do enjoy my new boss who values me a lot. I am at a small company with limited growth but may become the Director within the next 3 years once my boss retires. Though not sure I want that job in 3 years either! I am a little concerned about the culture and the amount of work I would have to do at Netflix. I am a high performer in general, but worry about how much time and energy I will have to spending constantly proving my worth at Netflix while balancing having two little kids, and wanting to enjoy time with them. Also I am not a fan of Google sheets which is all they use versus Excel. Anyone have any personal experience or advice they could share? TIA!
