New game not clickable

Hi, I'm new to CapLab! Just wondering if anyone encountered not being able to click any of these buttons under New Game? I just installed the game and I could not for the life of me click on anything here.

I already tried to uninstall and reinstall the game to no avail. Still not clickable. I'm using a Windows btw.

Any help or lead is appreciated!
