Really scared

I included my foreign work experience in my study permit (form 1294) which allowed three work experiences. I also included it in my PGWP (form 5710) which also allowed only three work experiences. Finally after I got my PGWP, I applied for TRV within Canada (form 5257) which allowed only three work experiences. My foreign work experience got pushed out because the most three experiences were all Canadian by this time. Will IRCC refuse my application ?
