so dizzy??!

it’s been a little over a month since i started bupropion (150mg) and a few weeks into switching to 300mg and today i am just so dizzy!

i cant even stand without falling over or feeling like i’m going to pass out /: i just don’t know what to do! my head is also killing me and i feel a little nauseous, but the dizziness is the worst part.. any advice?
