5070 Ti vs 9070XT

I was lucky enough to get the 5070ti at MSRP $749.99. Seeing the new 9070xt for $599 should I sell the 5070 ti for a bit profit and get 9070xt instead or just keep the 5070 to? I haven't tried a AMD GPU for the last 10 years. So not sure if they are good or not.

What do y'all think?
