Looking to upgrade my pc need suggestions

So right now I have a Ryzen 5 5600x 3060ti 8gb 650w psu Cooler : CORSAIR - iCUE H100i ELITE CAPELLIX CPU Cooler Motherboard : B550 gaming plus I plan on upgrading my cpu and gpu I have a budget of around 1100 basically I want more fps I only play at 1080p and my monitor is 280hz My options are 7800XT,4060ti , or 7600 at my local microcenter I plan on driving 30 mins or so to buy my upgrades or I could order them online doesn’t particularly matter I plan on upgrading my cpu aswell and probably will sell off all my old parts what upgrades should I get with this budget ? CPU is pretty much free reign at my microcenter and gpus seem to be the only thing scarce any help is appreciated I originally wanted a 4070 but they don’t seem to be online anywhere and shipping in a reasonable time
