Traveling to Sarajevo

hello, I’m a black man, and I’d be traveling to Bosnia later this year, I’d be going to Sarajevo and Gradacac and will be staying a couple of days, I tried to research about the black community there but didn’t get too much help online.

As an African will I have any problems? Are the people racist? And what percentage of the people understand English?
